First, we would work in your department(s) with your employee(s) or owner and document the existing process(ess) (if not already done). This part can be a session for a particular task or something that reoccurs for a few weeks to ensure we see the entire picture firsthand.

Then, after a few 3-4 hour sessions with you and/or your staff, we would provide the owner or department head with a recommendations report outlining the department areas and how to improve them and make them more efficient. This professional report would include the following areas:

• Suggestions on software/systems to Use to Organize the company better
• Written Standard Operating Procedures to allow for everyone to stay  consistent with the process.

The service cost depends on how much time it takes to work in the existing process, determine the system and document, and how long it takes to generate the Recommendations Report. The smaller the company and the number of employees, the fewer hours it will take.

A reasonable estimate would be 9-12 hours at the hourly rate. It depends on your company’s size and whether it is a newer startup or an established business.

• 9 hours are spent working with the employee/owner and reviewing the      process.
• 3 hours write-up and review Recommendations Report.     

For Medical Billing Service that is a separate charge and is billed at a % of collections 

In our initial talk, we will discuss your struggles, concerns, your limitations, and goals, as well as how many hours a month you will need, and which service(s) works best. 

After we agree upon a price, we have a retainer prepayment system and will bill you for a fixed amount of hours in relation to your budget. We use a retainer prepayment system for Bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Receivable, Business Process Improvements, Virtual Consults, and Maintenance services.

 All our small business admin services can be done virtually from a secure system through the cloud. We recommend meeting in person, over the phone, or through Zoom/Microsoft teams for the initial consultation, planning, and setup of the accounts/process

Yes! In our Virtual Admin Consulting service, we can schedule a time to help you stay accountable for different tasks and goals you want to achieve. We can also be your sounding board to create new ideas and improve the effectiveness of your to-dos. The sky is the limit. Drilling down to exactly the priorities and the ‘next steps’ is key to more effectively completing goals.
